GCash and Maya deposits are typically credited to your anim6 account instantly or within a few minutes. Bank transfers may take 1 to 3 business hours during banking hours, or the next business day if submitted after cut-off times. If your deposit has not reflected after 24 hours, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

To withdraw from anim6: log in to your account, go to the Cashier section, select Withdraw, choose your preferred method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Withdrawals are processed within 1 to 3 business days. Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal can be processed.

anim6 does not charge fees on deposits or withdrawals from our side. However, your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees — please check with GCash, Maya, or your bank for their current fee schedules.
